My name is Michael Fleming. With a 10+ year foundation as a hands-on creative Producer, I have evolved into a strategic leader in creative services, operations, and production/project management. I specialize in overseeing end-to-end production for 360° campaigns, managing high-performing creative teams, and driving detail-oriented project execution across both D2C and B2B marketing landscapes.

My background in crafting creative enables me to be a more effective, engaging, and proactive leader - bridging the gap between vision and execution. And now that I have a high volume of diverse projects from video content & static ads to live event spaces under my belt, I’ve developed the skills needed to tackle the unexpected challenges that arise in the multi-channel marketing world.
